TOUR BUS CRASHED KILLING SEVEN PASSENGERS

According to federal inspectors over the last year found that the tour bus carrying passengers from Tijuana to California had faulty axles and brakes along with other safety violations. The tour bus was owned by Scapadas Magicas of National City. The company was placed on a federal watch list that flagged its buses for increased roadside inspections. Among the long list of maintenance violations found on the firm's buses in the last two years were bald tires, defective or missing axle parts, and insufficient brake linings. There were 38 passengers aboard the tour bus, including children. PHOTOS BELOW
